The shots of this drone are shown in a video published on April 8 on Facebook by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. The UAV introduced the Belgian delegation, which was acquainted with the development of the Ukrainian defense industry.
The Ukrainian military actively use the drone at the front. The developers called him the “most successful interceptor” of Shahed, because over the past two months, using the development, more than 20 Russian Shaheda destroyed.
The maximum drone speed is 200 km/h, and the maximum flight height is 5 km, other detailed tactical and technical characteristics have not yet been disclosed.
It is noted that the new Ukrainian drones of this type can be used to destroy and less overall purposes, in particular intelligence UAVs.

The fact that Ukraine is developing new means of counteracting drones in order to level the advantage of Russians in the sky, Bild reported in September 2024. The “antronron” developments had three directions: The interception of quadrocopter, the use of UAV-interceptors with a motionless wing and “killer drones”. The purpose of the latter is the interception and destruction of enemy drones of a large range, such as Shahed. Their cost should be much cheaper than the cost of missiles to the Patriot or Iris-T air defense system, which Ukraine is forced to use to knock down Russian drones.
