In the Nazarovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an 8-year-old boy lost the control of Pitbayk and drove into a brick wall. This was told in the regional police.
The tragedy occurred in the village of Upper Adadym, after a collision with the wall, a child with severe injuries fell into intensive care. Law enforcement officers found that parents bought a Pitbike boy on Marketplais three days before the accident. The father taught to manage the motor vehicle, at that moment the child was without a helmet and other protective equipment.
In relation to the boy’s parents, materials were compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
In addition, information about the incident was sent to PDN to consider the issue of attracting legal representatives of the student under Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors”.
