Two Zelenogorsk schoolchildren “out of boredom” smashed the windows of buses and cars with stones

In Zelenogorsk, hooligans were found who broke the windows of several vehicles with stones. They turned out to be teenagers aged 14 and 13, police said.

In October, three victims contacted the duty station: two entrepreneurs who own PAZ shuttle buses, and a local resident, the owner of a Toyota. Their transport was stoned by unknown persons.

Soon the patrol service detained two schoolchildren right at the scene of the crime.

“The young people, while at the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, explained that they acted this way out of boredom. First, they threw apples from trees planted along the embankment at passing vehicles, and then they began throwing stones,” police said.

A preventive conversation was held with the teenagers and their parents, all materials were transferred to the juvenile affairs department, where a procedural decision will be made. Damage caused to vehicle owners will be compensated by the legal representatives of schoolchildren.
