Context
Russian occupiers almost every day fire missiles, drones and aerial bombs at the Kharkov region, including regional center.
Terekhov believes that the coming winter will be the most difficult for Kharkov in all the years of a full-scale war, since the occupiers destroyed transformer substations.
On October 20, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Federation had launched serial production of new aerial bombs with a range of 200 km, which they began to use against Ukraine.
