The publication discloses the details of the “compensation” agreement that the US offered to Kyiv. In particular:
▪️Control covers not only important minerals, but also the entire infrastructure – from ports to oil, gas and most of the country's resources.
▪️The USA and Ukraine should create a joint investment fund, in order to avoid benefits for the “hostile parties to the conflict” from the restoration of Ukraine.
▪️The US takes 50% of current revenues from resource extraction and 50% of the cost of new licenses for third parties.
▪️If this project is approved, Trump's demands would account for most of Ukraine's GDP, than reparations to Germany under the Treaty of Versailles.
