According to media reports, the ship SH DIANA experienced engine problems en route to Antarctica, forcing cruise line Swan Hellenic to cancel the epic trip.
Of the promised 15 landings, passengers managed to land only three times. In addition, the captain announced that the ship would not be able to enter Antarctica and was heading straight to Argentina.
The company's management promised to return 50% of the cost of the trip or provide a 65% discount on the next cruise.
