“Energy engineers have been working intensively since the evening to remove the failure, but… the damage is very extensive. We are doing everything we can to restore power to our subscribers as soon as possible, although it is not easy,” the utility added.
In turn, according to “Ukraińska Pravda”, earlier on Sunday evening the Russians attacked an energy facility in the Koryuk district of the Chernihiv Oblast. As a result of the impact of 55 thousand customers were left without electricity.
