The State Customs Service informed that its employees stopped a truck that was heading from Turkey.
Customs officers used a scanning system to find a person inside the truck.
“The truck arrived from Istanbul. During the inspection, the scanner image indicated an anomaly – a silhouette similar to a human figure,” the statement said.
State Customs Service employees passed on the information to the border guards and inspected the cargo compartment.
“A man, probably a Syrian citizen, was found among the diapers,” the report said.
The offender was handed over to the State Border Guard Service.
