In Krasnoyarsk they plan to demolish the emergency buildings of hospital No. 3

In the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk, they plan to demolish two buildings of interdistrict hospital No. 3. The search for a contractor to develop the project began on the government procurement website.

We are talking about the neurological and therapeutic buildings located on Sverdlovskaya Street. Both buildings are built of timber and stand on a strip foundation. They were built in 1956 and 1961, but have already fallen into disrepair: the walls have cracks, the windows are frozen, the floors are collapsing, and there is no water supply in the wards.

In July, by court decision, their operation was stopped. Patients have to go to other hospitals.

The procurement documents indicate that the project must be ready 35 calendar days after the award of the contract. The design documentation must provide for the condition that as a result of the demolition of capital construction projects, the customer must receive a leveled area, cleared of emergency buildings, septic tank structures and debris, including dismantling the foundation, backfilling the pit with sand to the level of the roadway, and restoring the existing road surface (asphalt).
