In Krasnoyarsk, in the Solnechny microdistrict, they began to fence off the site for the construction of a school.
According to the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik”, we are talking about a site on Sokolovskaya Street within the boundaries of houses number 72, 62d, 62a and 56. Its area is 2.5 hectares.
“The workers are now installing a fence, bringing in construction camp and equipment. Previously, there was a parking lot for vehicles on the school site; the contract with the entrepreneur was terminated in 2025,” to be specified in the message.
Let us remind you that withStroytekhmontazh LLC will build a school for 1,100 students in the 5th microdistrict of Krasnoyarsk Solnechny. The company became the winning bidder and the Capital Construction Department signed a municipal contract with it worth 2 billion 49 million rubles.
The façade of the building will be made in dark and light gray tones with decorative elements. Inside, in addition to classrooms and other offices, there are two lobbies, an assembly hall, three workshops, a cooking and home economics room, a universal studio, a catering unit, a medical block with a dentist’s office, a library, and four gyms.
Under contract the school is due to be built in 2027.
