The facades of houses in the historical part of Krasnoyarsk and along major main streets will be renewed for the 400th anniversary of the city. The mayor's office spoke about this.

In total there are about 180 buildings on the list. This is part of the houses located on the streets of Zheleznodorozhnikov, Lado Ketskhoveli, Kalinin, Michurin, Vavilov, Matrosov, Central Proezd, Sverdlovskaya, Aerovokzalnaya, Weinbaum, 9 January, Paris Commune, Uritsky, Gorky, Bograd, Decembrists, Markovsky, Lenin, Trade Unions, Robespierre, 9 May, Partisan Zheleznyak, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, Defense, Red Army, Maerchak, Ozernaya, Zatonskaya, Kamskaya, Kornetov, Krupskaya, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Mira Avenue, Svobodny, named after the newspaper “Krasnoyarsk Worker” and Metallurgists.

Since the façade of a house is common property, all decisions about repairs are made by the owners of premises in the houses at general meetings. Most of the facades are planned to be repaired as part of the planned major renovation works. They will be organized by the regional capital repair fund. In order to complete the work on time, decisions were made together with management organizations and owners to make changes to short-term overhaul plans.

“Where the work cannot be organized as part of a major overhaul, the owners will be offered to repair the facades using subsidies from the city budget. The decision to allocate such funds was made the day before at a session of the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies by approving the autumn budget adjustment. Thus, 304 million rubles will be allocated for the repair of facades in 2026,” the press service of the city administration reported.

To receive a subsidy, management companies will be invited to submit an application and participate in a competitive selection process. Management companies will also organize work on updating the facades. In this case, the decision to repair the facade at a general meeting will have to be made by the owners or the council of the apartment building.

All facades will be repaired in accordance with the architectural and artistic regulations adopted in Krasnoyarsk. Technical solutions will be offered by design organizations. The colors for each facade will be coordinated with the city's architecture department.
