Three Basketball teams from Spain have chosen to organize matches without spectators, with opponents of Israel.

Three bands from Spain, Valencia Basket, Baxi Manress and Tenerife, decided to play without spectators the matches they have scheduled this week, in various European competitions, against some opponents in Israel.
This week is an extremely crowded one in the European basketball, being scheduled games from numerous inter-club competitions: Euroligă, Eurocub, Basketball Champions League, Fiba Europe Cup and European North Basketball League.
Valencia Basket, Baxi Manress and Tenerife have banned spectators access to European Cups matches
Valencia Basket, Baxi Manress and Tenerife, important teams in Spain, made the decision that their own field matches to play without spectators, given that they have opponents in Israel.

In contrast, Tenerife and Baxi Manress issued together a statement explaining that they took into account not to play against Bnei Herzliya and Hapoel Jerusalem, but they changed their minds due to contractual obligations:

The clubs involved cannot decide, unilaterally, not to play the matches in the competitions in which they are registered, because it would mean the violation of the contracts, resulting in the risk of disciplinary and financial sanctions, as well as the exclusion from these competitions.
