A new reason for breaking in the coalition: a common USR-PNL candidate at the Capital City Hall

“This is a political agreement here. If we are in a coalition, either we have a common candidate of the coalition, or each party is applying alone. I mean, you cannot have a mini-coalition inside the coalition. And then I said that we cannot go on the ballad with the Hungarian and the Vrancea, I will unite to kill the Moldovan. Self -standing, then there will be no problem of understanding on this subject ””said Olguța Vasilescu at Antena 3.

She also claimed that it would not be correct to the PSD for USR and PNL to have a common candidate for the Capital.

“If this happens, the coalition will probably break. Not likely, more than sure.”added Lia Olguţa Vasilescu.

The PSD vice -president also stated that the elections for Bucharest can take place “and tomorrow” if a political agreement is reached on this topic.

The leaders of the ruling coalition met on a meeting with several important decisions on the agenda on Tuesday. The coalition meeting ended without any decision regarding the organization of the elections, the PSD leaders leaving the meeting after about two hours of discussions. If you do not reach a consensus this week, no partial elections will be organized this year.

During the meeting, the PSD made the condition that the coalition parties have a common candidate or each party to go with their own candidate.
