The Tuscan village tempts you with cash. Up to 20 thousand euro is waiting for a house

The Tuscan village of Radicondoli is an example of many Italian towns that are struggling with the problem of depopulation. Local authorities are trying to reverse this trend by offering attractive financial support. The programs are not only intended to revitalize the local community, but can also attract investors and tourists, which is crucial for the future of the region.
