A Sberbank office of a new format has opened in Norilsk on Leninsky Prospekt, 42. According to the designers, city residents should be pleased with new colors and a philosophy of comfort in cold weather.

There are no usual barriers in the office: clients communicate with managers in a relaxed atmosphere at comfortable tables. As the press service of the Siberian Bank of Sberbank said, the office has everything for comfortable waiting: a coffee area, a children's corner, chargers for smartphones, a toilet room with the ability to change a baby, comfortable sofas, an interactive coin box. The client room is decorated with large-scale landscape photography with Taimyr flavor. And even bank employees wear a comfortable new dress code.

At the same time, familiar ATMs now look like smartphone screens, and to withdraw money or make a transfer, you don’t need either a card or a smartphone: just register your biometric data and just look into the camera – the ATM will recognize you.

There is also a SberDevices zone in the office, where smart devices with virtual technologies and voice assistants are offered. The devices are designed to make life easier for consumers and save time. In the department you can immediately test them and select the desired device.
