A man from Cluj-Napoca was preventively arrested after, for more than a year, he threatened his ex-girlfriend to reconcile with him. The man, who had a protection order on his behalf, followed the woman for months, announces IPJ Cluj, quoted by News.ro.

“I want to kill you, to humble you sexually”, “I kill you, I answer that I get angry”, “Tomorrow you die if you do not answer, I swear to my mother”, “Submit to the call, that otherwise I make a crime”, “Prepare to take your murder”, “Give me a chance, if I do not burn everything around you”, prosecutors.
Also, the man is accused that, between December 2024-May 2025, he repeatedly contacted the woman, in different ways, and followed her while at the residence, domicile, workplace or educational unit, thus violating the obligations imposed by the protection order issued by the Cluj-Napoca Court.

At the same time, between June 6 and August 30, the man violated ten times the protection order issued by the Cluj-Napoca Court, contacting the former girlfriend in different ways, approaching a distance of less than 200 meters from it, on its residence and workplace.
