Krasnoyarsk residents can recycle old tires for free

The mayor's office told Krasnoyarsk residents where they can recycle old tires and tires for free.
PJSC Tat-Neft accepts tires from citizens free of charge. Both individuals and legal entities can bring tires there. The point accepts tires from cars and trucks. You can even donate studded tires. Only industrial, agricultural and all-terrain tires are not accepted.
The point is located at the address: Krasnoyarsk Territory, Emelyanovsky Municipal District, village. Shuvaevsky village council, Sukhaya Balka village, Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk highway, 15th kilometer. Tire collection hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. Contact phone number: 8-913-192-31-51.
Also used car tires are accepted for recycling:

These companies are licensed to handle this type of waste. In addition, a similar service is provided in some tire shops.
“Under no circumstances should tires be left at municipal solid waste collection sites. Garbage trucks won't pick them up. Such waste is not MSW and cannot be buried in a landfill. Buried or abandoned tires take more than 100 years to decompose. In the process, they can release toxic compounds,” the press service of the city administration reported.
If rubber is found on the site, the owner or tenant of the land is obliged to hand it over for recycling. For tires discarded and stored in unauthorized places, a fine of up to 400 thousand rubles or arrest is provided.
Responsibility for such violations is provided for in several types of legislative acts:
For violation of the rules for landscaping the territory of the city of Krasnoyarsk: a fine for citizens from 1.5 to 4 thousand rubles, for individual entrepreneurs and officials – from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 50 to 100 thousand rubles.
For failure to comply with environmental protection requirements when handling waste: a fine for citizens in the amount of up to 4 thousand rubles; for officials – up to 40 thousand rubles; for persons carrying out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, up to 70 thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days; for legal entities – up to 400 thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
