Ingredients:
- three bananas;
- 100 g coconut flakes;
- 140 g oatmeal;
- 40 ml coconut or other oil;
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.
Preparation
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl and add oatmeal, any vegetable oil and vanilla sugar to the mixture. Stir.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and spoon out the dough, forming rounds with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
- Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
