Before Victory Day, scammers collect money for gifts for veterans and decoration of monuments

8 May 16:50

On the eve of Victory Day, scammers began sending messages about fake fees. On behalf of the Popular Front, they ask for money supposedly for humanitarian aid, gifts for veterans or decoration of monuments.

As the Krasnoyarsk branch said, posters also appeared advertising paid photos with Great Patriotic War veterans and SVO participants as part of a “photo competition.” This is also called deception.

The organization emphasized: they never collect money for personal cards and crypto wallets. All funds to help fighters are accepted only to the regional account of the “Everything for Victory” fund.
