Krasnoyarsk resident fictitiously registered 24 foreigners in the apartment

A 53-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will be tried for providing fictitious registration to foreign citizens.

It has been established that attacker registered in one of the apartments on Shchorsa Street, but does not actually live in it. From October to November 2024, the man provided documents to the MFC and put 24 foreign citizens on fictitious migration registration. As payment for services, he received 500 rubles from each migrant, that is, 12 thousand rubles in total.
“The crime was discovered by the local police officer when checking the accuracy of migration registration information. It turned out that a married couple lived in the apartment, and there were no foreign citizens at the specified address; they were not provided with living space,” told the police.
A criminal case was opened against the Krasnoyarsk resident under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the investigation of which was completed, the materials were transferred to the court for consideration on the merits. They can punish him a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles, or forced labor, or imprisonment for a term of up to 5 years.
The police clarified that the man admitted guilt and repented of his crime. Moreover, he had previously been convicted of
property crimes.
