A reception is being held in the Kremlin on behalf of Vladimir Putin for heads of foreign delegations and honored guests. The President raised a toast to the generation of winners, the triumph of truth and justice.
Putin also emphasized that veterans of the Great Patriotic War are always dear to Russia, “no matter where they live now and no matter what language they speak.” And the unity of people around the ideals of peace and justice now has unsurpassed strength.
