During the Wednesday meeting, the National Broadcasting Council granted a satellite license to the Zero TV Kanal. She also adopted resolutions on the transfer of 6 public media companies from subscription fees and extended 5 entities a license for the next 10 years.


The National Broadcasting Council gave the Satellite license to the Zero TV Kanal to distribute a television program under the name “Zero TV”. The Zero Channel was created in 2023 as an internet channel on the YouTube platform publishing mainly political and social content of a journalistic nature. It was founded by Krzysztof Stanowski, who in 2025 ran in the presidential election. The channel follows over 2 million subscribers. Over 6,500 films were published on it.
The Council unanimously adopted 7 resolutions regarding the transfer of 6 public media companies, funds from subscription fees, in connection with their reimbursement by the courts from the deposit account of the Minister of Finance. These include Polish Television, Polish Radio Pomerania and Kujawy, Radio Katowice, Radio Koszalin, Radio Lublin and Polish Radio Rzeszów.
KRRiT also granted the license of the Culture Center in Żyrardów to distribute a universal television program under the name “TV-Żyr”. She also granted 5 concessions to the distribution of a radio and television program for the next 10 years, including Radio Płońsk. (PAP)
