5 minutes before bedtime – in the morning neither edema nor inflammation: a simple evening routine works better than a cosmetologist

The beauty blogger Natalya Rubtsova shared in her personal Zen-blog (12+) of her “beauty ruta”, which helps to look at a height in the morning. Everything takes literally five minutes, but saves a lot of time in the morning – do not sit with patches, do facial massage from edema and try to hide traces of a sleepless night with cosmetics.

Here's what she recommends:

  1. Every evening, carefully remove the makeup and wash yourself with a soft cleansing agent in order to prepare the skin for rituals.
  2. After that, do a light face massage with your fingers, starting from the chin and moving up to the cheekbones and forehead. The movements should be soft and relaxing – 3-5 minutes enough.
  3. Next, apply light natural oil, for example, almond, jojoba or grape seeds. The oil will put on the skin all night, calm the irritation and remove peeling.

The main life hack: Close your eyes and take a few minutes calmly. Imagine how the muscles of the face relax.

It may seem strange, but it really works. Indeed, very often the muscles of the face are clamped even after massage, because we ourselves keep them in tension due to stress, for example, squeeze the jaw. Therefore, such a “mini-meditation” will also significantly affect the appearance, and even reduce wrinkles on the face.

Why does an evening routine really work?

Natalia often visited cosmetologists, so she has something to compare. The money was “sculpted” is unmeasured, but the effect, although it was, but short -term.

“I decided that enough to chase expensive procedures. I need something simple, affordable and really working,” the blogger said.

And since then the effect began to last longer. It turns out that even five minutes of calm evening care will give a greater result than long procedures in a hurry. The first changes will be noticeable in a few days, and the accumulative effect will manifest in 2-3 weeks.
