The company that maintained Krasnoyarsk cemeteries was included in the “black list” of contractors

The Krasnoyarsk department of the FAS Russia included Kharon Service LLC in the register of unscrupulous suppliers for two years. According to the department, the contractor systematically failed to fulfill responsibilities for the maintenance of 11 city cemeteries.
The company received a contract for work that had to be performed daily: snow removal, emptying bins, garbage removal. However, as the audit established, in fact, the work was partially carried out only at one cemetery – Shinnikov, and at the remaining ten sites the contractor did not fulfill its obligations.
The company explained the failures by an “extremely large volume of work,” but the FAS commission found these arguments unfounded. The department emphasized that cemeteries are socially significant objects, and their maintenance, including caring for the graves of SVO participants and Heroes of Russia, is not only a technical, but also a moral issue.
“Failure to carry out work to maintain burial sites encroaches, inter alia, on universal, moral and moral values, which is unacceptable for a participant in relations to meet municipal needs,” the OFAS noted.
Now information about the company and its director will be in the register of unscrupulous suppliers for two years, which actually closes the opportunity for it to participate in state and municipal procurement. The department recalled that bidders must evaluate their resources in advance and be aware of the risks of non-fulfillment of contracts.
