Hamas accepts Trump's plan. The US President gives Israel an order

Hamas informed on Friday that he accepted some points of the US President's peace plan Donald Trump, including the release of all Israeli hostages, but others require further arrangements. It has been added that the Palestinian organization is ready for immediate negotiations.

The Hamas' announcement indicated that he agrees to release all Israeli hostages, the living and dead, in accordance with the conditions recorded in Trump's plan.

“In this context (Hamas) confirms his readiness to start immediate, negotiated by intermediaries to discuss the details,” it was written in a statement.

The group also agreed to transfer power over the Gaza Strip of the Independent Palestinian Administration.

It has been added that Hamas will strive to talk about other records of Trump's 20-point peace plan, which Israel has already accepted.

The position was to be transferred to mediators intermediaries in negotiations.

The American president presented his proposal on Monday. On Friday, he gave Hamas an ultimatum, demanding a response to Sunday and threatening to escalate military operations in the event of refusal.

It is not clear whether the conditions are subject to further negotiations from Trump's point of view. On Tuesday, he said that “there is not much” the possibility of further negotiating proposals.

According to Trump's plan, Hamas would give power over the Gaza Strip and lay down their weapons. Hamas' statement did not indicate whether the group agrees to disarm.

The high-ranking representative of Hamas Musa Abu Marzouk told the Al-Jazira station on Friday that his organization would not lay down their arms against the “end of the Israeli occupation.” Hamas members have repeatedly presented such a position, considering the end of the “Israeli occupation” the creation of the Palestinian state.

Marzouk added that the period of 72 hours written in Trump's plan to release all Israeli hostages after accepting the plan is “theoretical and unrealistic.”

Hamas also emphasized that the points of proposal relating to the future of the Gaza Strip “should be determined on the basis of” a unanimous Palestinian position “and in harmony with international law.” It has been supplemented that this should happen in a broader general consultation, in which Hamas would also participate.

Israel did not immediately refer to Hamas' answer. Trump published her text on his Truth Social social networking site without any comment. The Press Services of the White House suggested that the president would soon refer to Hamas's statement.

Commentators have already pointed out that Trump's plan contains several general and unclear records. According to the media, at the last minute before its announcement, Israel managed to push through favorable corrections.

In negotiations with Hamas, Egypt and Qatar mediate, which agreed with other Arab countries to the proposal. At the same time, representatives of both countries have reported in recent days that the plan requires some modifications and clarification.

The agreement assumes the permanent end of the fighting, the release of Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners and detainees, increasing humanitarian aid and the reconstruction of Palestinian territory.

Disinpreaded issues include Lack of schedule and exact conditions for leaving the Gaza Strip by the Israeli army or the vague promise to create a Palestinian state.
