Experts point out that in relation to 2023, these declines are even more visible. The number of forms dropped by over 14 percent, and contracts by nearly 27 percent.
“A decrease in the number of applications may result from greater awareness of entrepreneurs in qualifying contracts or the growing popularity of other forms of employment, such as self -employment or mandate contracts. This is a signal that the labor market is evolving. It is not without significance that choosing an employment contract or even setting up your own business completely changes our situation in the context of social security. Foreigners on work contracts

- Professional, scientific and technical activities (18.01 percent, 43.19 thousand people),
- Culture, entertainment and recreation (14.34 percent, 34.38 thousand people).
