In Krasnoyarsk, the eco -marathon continues. Graduates of Lyceum No. 9 accepted the green relay from first -graders from school No. 16. The guys became participants in the All -Russian campaign “Preserving Forest”, which takes place as part of the project “Environmental well -being”.

Together with the employees of the Siberian Generating Company, schoolchildren planted an alley of 30 lilac bushes. It is located along the path leading to the lyceum, along which hundreds of children pass daily.

“Events on the landscaping of the city are already a good tradition for us. We hold environmental actions annually and try to attract as many Krasnoyarsk residents as possible to them. Young people in them are one of the most active participants. Together we make the streets brighter and more beautiful, and we also work so that in the houses of residents it is always warm and comfortable, ”said Sergey Shvchenko, senior master of operation of the turbine workshop of the Krasnoyarsk TEP-2.

“Cool action! I participate in the landing of trees for the first time, but I really like it. And when you think that the event is an all -Russian scale, you feel your significance and mental connection with its other participants who plant trees in other cities of our country, ”said Victoria Demidenko, a student of Lyceum No. 9.

Events on landscaping the territory in Lyceum No. 9 have been held for the second year in a row. Last year, the lilac shrubs landed successfully took root and had already fluffed their crowns.

Daria Ivchenko takes part in the marathon for the first time, says that there is a lot of emotions and the experience has received the right one: “To plant a tree is a great work. I planted two trees that will decorate the school. In addition, she became one of the participants in the All -Russian action and contributed to the ecology. ”

“Such promotions are very necessary and useful. The whole parallel of our eleventh grades takes part in this ecomarathon. We communicate, joke and together do a business useful for the school – we plant trees. And I am pleased that I will finish my studies soon, and the part of me will remain at school, ”said the student of Lyceum No. 9 Elizabeth Antoshchenko.

This year, SGK, together with the Melnichenko Foundation, will plant 600 seedlings of various trees in the region. To date, the marathon has already overcome half the way: the public spaces and the territory of educational institutions decorated more than 350 young trees. The next stops of the eco -marathon are the cities of Zelenogorsk and Nazarovo.
