The Moscow government, together with the Federal Center for Brain and Neurotechnology FMBA, launched memory, attention and cognitive function training for Muscovites over 55 years of age. Biohacking is the key to living an active and fulfilling life for as long as possible.
A free course for training brain activity has already begun at the Moscow Longevity centers. A course to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and increase stress resistance starts in April.
According to Veronica Skvortsova, the course slows down the development of cognitive impairment. And this increases the duration of active life, because the youth of the brain ensures the youth of the whole organism. The head of the FMBA believes that such technologies should be introduced in the regions of the country in all federal districts.
