The owner of a private boarding house in the village of Selivanikha, the Minusinsky district, will go to trial after the death of the patient. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The tragedy occurred in the spring of 2025. The son of the deceased woman informed the specialists of the supervisory department that the owner of the boarding house promised to carefully take care of his incompetent mother, but did not keep her words.
An individual entrepreneur provided medical and psychological services without taking into account the needs of customers and without registering in the control bodies. Helpless patients systematically received sleeping pills, which negatively affected their state of health.
“The pseudo -drive led to the tragedy – the mother’s mother died. During the examination on the body of the deceased, hematomas and bruises were found, there were also signs of sleeping pills, ”the prosecutor's office explained.
Based on the materials of the audit, a criminal case was opened. The prosecutor approved the woman accusations of providing services that do not meet security requirements (part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In the near future, the Minusinsk City Court will take care of the case.
