In Moscow, as part of the business program of the exhibition “Metal-processing-2025”, Andrei Sharov, Deputy Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Branch of the Union of Machine-Builders of Russia, spoke with the presentation of the staff training project.
Implemented at the initiative of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Union of Machine -Builders of Russia, the project is a model of accelerated training for engineering enterprises based on profile institutions of secondary vocational education, which are part of Sohamash.
According to Andrei Sharov, the “brigade” is designed to close the personnel needs of employers by training not single specialists, but the formation of entire professional groups already at the stage of teaching students. A point personnel set is not able to satisfy these requests, since with the development of the industry, an increase in the number of orders, the implementation of unique equipment and commissioning of new workshops and corps at enterprises, a lack of certain professions (craftsmen, dispatchers, machines with software management, mechanical collections, etc.) began to be felt in enterprises.
For example, from 2025 to 2026, the need for such personnel at the main engineering enterprises of the region will be 1357 people (636 in the field of higher education and 721-secondary specialized).
“The Brigade allows you to prepare teams of specialists and workers with a minimum adaptation period. These groups are formed from students-“targeted”. By acquiring practical skills directly on the industrial site, young people have been working on a modern generation under the guidance of qualified mentors for at least six months, they are studying according to an individual plan, they can be handed over much earlier and employed to the enterprise even before they leave the walls of the college or technical school, ”said Andrei Sharov.
The performance of the representative of Sohamash aroused a keen interest of the conference participants, many of which addressed the author of the report specific issues. The project was also interested in the Association of Metal-Working Enterprises and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, proposing to organize joint work to promote the “brigade” in other regions.
