En+ agreed with Dom.RF Bank on the creation of preferential financing programs in the field of sustainable development

Holding EN+ and Dom.rf signed an agreement on cooperation on the creation of preferential financing of projects in the field of sustainable development. The signatures under the document during the PMEF-2025 were set by the Deputy General Director of EN+ for sustainable development Irina Bakhtina and the Vice President-Director of the Sustainable Development division, Bank Dom.rf Marina Slutskaya.

Cooperation involves the optimization of practices for dealing with construction and industrial waste – from the development of methodologies for reducing their volumes to increasing the share of processing and re -use of materials.

“This agreement opens up new opportunities for systemic financing of sustainable development projects. Especially important is the development of innovative approaches to waste management and the formation of a closed cycle economy, which is fully consistent with our strategy for creating stable and clean cities in the regions of the company's responsibility, ”said Irina Bakhtina.

Marina Slutskaya noted that the document was an important step towards expanding access to preferential financing for projects in the field of sustainable development.

“We are sure that joint work will create effective mechanisms for supporting initiatives aimed at ecological transformation, responsible production and reducing the negative impact on the environment. At the moment, as part of the SOPF mechanism, we have placed 11 issues of social bonds with a volume of 140 billion rubles, the tool is successfully used to finance infrastructure development projects and has already begun to apply to municipal, construction, and agricultural equipment leasing. We believe that the mechanism can also be used as part of the federal projects “Clean Air” and “Water of Russia”, ”said the Vice-President-Director of the Sustainable Development division, Bank Dom.rf.
