The “Carpet” plan was introduced at the Kaluga airports of Grabtsevo, Kubinka, Ermolino and others located within a radius of 100 km from the city.
The sky is closed, flights over Tula at all heights are also prohibited. Pilots are advised to fly to the spare airports of St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl or Moscow-Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, Sheremetyevo or Vnukovo.
