Krasnoyarsk Territory became one of the leaders in the number of applications for the scholarship program En+ and Rusal

Students of the Krasnoyarsk Territory submitted more than 200 applications for the scholarship program EN+ and RUSAL. The region fell into the top three of the most active territories participating in the fifth season of the program.

In total, En+ and Rusal received a record 876 applications from “excellent students” and “good” students who study in different regions in 58 universities, technical schools and colleges in the specialties of energy, metallurgy, mining, medicine and pedagogy. In addition to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, students from the Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions showed activity. More than 200 applications were also received from there.

“This year, a record number of applications for all the years of the program existed. The expert commission had a difficult task – in the competition, more than seven people to the place to choose the most worthy, and we are sure that we did it. For our part, we contributed to the future of talented students and companies. Now the case is for the guys – they have to pay even more attention to their studies in order to then come to work in En+ and rusal real professionals. There are such examples: several dozen program participants are already working at our enterprises and show themselves brilliantly. We are happy to wait for new scholarships in our own! ”, – said Natalya Albrecht, Deputy General Director for Herial Personnel Management En+.

The winners were students from 9 regions (21 settlements). In addition to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions, students from Khakassia, Kemerovo, Nizhny Novgorod, Ivanovo, Volgograd and Leningrad regions were included in the list.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 37 students became the winners of the scholarship program. The winners of the competitive selection were awarded at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station: future power engineers and doctors. All of them are bosses studying at 2-6 courses in higher and secondary professional educational institutions: the Polytechnic Institute of the Siberian Federal University, the Divnogorsk hydropower technical school named after A.E. Bochkina, Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. Professor V.F. Voyno-Yasenetsky, Pharmaceutical College and Divnogorsk Medical College.

The commission drew attention not only to academic performance, but also to victories in competitions and competitions, participation in conferences and exhibitions, as well as in volunteer and social activities.

Students of technical schools and colleges will receive up to 15 thousand rubles per month, and university students – up to 25 thousand rubles. The amount will depend on the course at which the student is studying. In addition to money, scholarships get the opportunity to participate in professional conferences and events of the group, undergo internships at EN+ and Rusal enterprises, and use a subscription to the profile electronic library.

Recall that the scholarship program has been implemented since 2021. It is aimed at supporting talented youth not only in the specialized specialties of companies – energy, metallurgy, mining, but also socially significant – medicine and pedagogy.
