“To know that prevention means that a population, a people should have a culture of prevention. In Romania there is no culture of prevention. In vain we will do all kinds of programs, we will want to reach a certain coverage by screening, by vaccination, through other types of intervention if there is no culture.”said Rafila, according to Agerpres.

Alexandru Rafila mentioned that the degree of 60% vaccine coverage is equivalent to the proportion of family doctors who do vaccination.
In his opinion, a regulation is required that if someone wants to vaccinate their child to the family doctor to do it.
