The “Gârleni” station in Ghencea neighborhood will bear the name of Cristina Neagu

Cristina Neagu will be honored by STB by dedicating a bus stop in Bucharest, namely the “Gârleni” station in Ghencea neighborhood, the place where the sportswoman has been child and took the first steps towards performance.

On the same day, on June 8, the bus with number 8 will run, on the route Victoriei – Multipurpose Hall, with stops in the Roman Square, University and Unirii Square.

Number 8 symbolizes the number on the back of the Great Sports shirt. The last stop of the line will be the arena where Neagu will play the last match of the career.
