“Crystals” on a stick: I do it in 30 minutes – and they go instantly, just have time to cook

Who does not like candies? Probably, only one who has never tried to cook them yourself. Purchased sweets often contain too much sugar and chemistry, which is not always pleasant to taste, which can not be said about home sweets. You will need:

  • Natural flavor and dye
  • Sunflower oil (1 tbsp. L.)
  • Sticks for candies
  • Sugar (400 g)
  • Drinking water (100 ml)
  • Lemon juice (2 tsp)
  • Parchment (1 sheet)

Cooking process:

1. Mix sugar and water in a pan. Add lemon juice so that the candies do not suck and acquire sourness.

2. Put the mixture on medium heat and cook, constantly stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.

3. Then stop stirring. Cook to thickened syrup and acquisition of golden color.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and add a natural flavor (fruit extract) and dye (beet or carrot juice).

4. quickly pour the contents into a greased parchment. Give the carames completely cool and harden.

5. Next, break the future candies into small fragments with a spoon. Form sausages and pour them with the remnants of the syrup.
