The polling stations have been closed on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, but the continuous voting in sections arranged abroad. Until 21.00, 1,591,445 Moldovans voted, which represents 51.91% of the total number of voters.
The number of voters in the Moldovan diaspora was 264,000 at 21.00, but their number will increase as the voting process will continue in the following hours, depending on the hourly spindles of the countries in which the polling stations were arranged.
In Moldova, the greatest presence was registered in the capital of Chisinau and its suburbs, where the number of voters is over 375,000, ie 54.71%.
In Gagauzia, the level of presence was below average, of 45.33%, ie 58,320. voters. 12,266 votes were expressed on the territory of Transnistria.

The presence at today's election is higher than in the early parliamentary elections that took place on July 11, 2021 when, until the closing time, 1,463,443 people had voted, ie 48.16% of the number of voters.
In contrast, the presence at the ballot box remains lower than the one registered in the second round of the presidential elections of November 3, 2024 when the number of voters registered until 21.00 was 1,683,912, equivalent of 54.08% of the number of citizens with voting rights.
