Ukraine suspects Hungary that it has performed flights with recognition drones in its air space, Ukrainian president Volodimir Zelenski said on Friday, according to AFP.
“The Ukrainian forces have registered violations of our airspace by recognition drones, which are probably Hungarian,” says Zelenski in a message posted on social networks.
Previously on Friday, Ukraine forbade the entry into its territory of three Hungarian military personnel, as a respond to a similar decision of Hungary, a new episode of tensions between the two countries.
The relations between Kiev and Budapest have deteriorated vertiginously in the context of the war, with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban maintaining links with the Kremlin and blocking Kiev's efforts to join the European Union.
Orban also complained to US President Donald Trump that Ukraine's military operations have disrupted Hungary's oil supply.
