The prosecutor's office helped residents of the Irbean district to invalidate loan agreements issued by scammers. This was told in the press service of the regional department.

In the summer of this summer, several local residents began to receive calls from microfinance organizations with the demands to return loans that they never took.
The audit found that the criminals stole the personal data of the citizens and remotely issued loans to their name, after which they immediately stole the money received. The prosecutor's office applied to the court with claims for the recognition of these agreements invalid.
The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor, despite the objections of a microfinance organization, which claimed that it was also a victim. It was proved that the transactions were made without the knowledge of these passport data owners.
The criminal case of fraud continues to be investigated.
