SGK has launched a 24-hour telephone line in Krasnoyarsk, through which you can quickly get answers to pressing questions about hot water, including the shutdown schedule for the resource.

“When calling a single toll-free number 8-800-300-55-55 voice your request to the voice assistant and follow its prompts. For example, “turning off hot water.” The system will provide the necessary information or transfer it to the operator,” the company said.
They noted that a similar service is already successfully operating in Kansk.
Also by number 8-800-300-55-55 consumers, as before, they can ask questions about charging for heat and hot water. Opening hours: on weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00.
