In the branch of Rosseti Siberia-Krasnoyarskenergo, large-scale exercises were held in preparation for the heating season of 2025-2026.

The main goal is to develop the interaction skills between various operational services, increasing staff readiness for operational response to possible emergency situations during bad weather.

The place of exercises this year was the production department of Minusinsky Electric Networks. According to legend, on December 12, a sharp warming occurred on the territory of the central and southern regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: from −20 degrees to zero, increased wind with gusts of up to 25 meters per second and heavy precipitation in the form of wet snow.

Due to the heavy wind and the sticking of wet snow, a support of a support of 110 kilovolts (sq) occurred. In this regard, the branch was transferred to a special mode of operation. Operational brigades were strengthened, reserve dispatchers were involved in coordination of actions to eliminate the consequences of the elements, and unscheduled inspections of power lines were organized.

And although the exercises are conditional, most of the actions are worked out in real conditions. Employees quickly examined the “damaged” site and replaced the iron-concrete anchor support of 110 square meters.

The next stage in the exercises was the modeling of a serious technological violation, followed by a fire at a substation of 110 square meters. At the same time, interaction with the territorial division of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the district services of the UDDS and local self -government bodies was organized.

The residents of Minusinsky, Indrinsky, Kuraginsky and other areas, a number of socially significant facilities: 2 district hospitals, 12 schools, 12 boiler houses, 10 water supply facilities, fell under a conditional shutdown (all training). The priority task of power engineers was the prompt switching of consumers to reserve power supply schemes. Priority are socially significant objects. To provide them with electricity, 8 mobile reserve sources of power supply to the Krasnoyarskenergo branch and 15 municipal were involved.

Meanwhile, firefighters put out a conditional fire at the substation, and the power engineers began emergency recovery. After adjusting and checking the equipment, the substation was successfully commissioned.

According to the results of the training, the branch employees showed a high degree of readiness for work in extreme conditions and the ability to cope with the consequences of the most unfavorable scenario of the exercises.

“Joint exercises are regularly conducted in the branch – this is important for the staff to be ready for operational response in any, even the most difficult emergency situations. In the course of practical training, not only the coherence of actions between different services of the branch, but also the skills of successful interaction with other departments and organizations is tested, ”said Konstantin Shnarevich, head of the Rosseti Siberian branch of the Rosseti Siberia branch.
