Products
- 600 g of flour;
- 400 ml of kefir;
- 1.5 tsp. soda;
- 400 g of blueberries;
- a pinch of salt;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l. starch;
- 50 g of butter.
Cooking
- In a bowl, mix kefir at room temperature and salt.
- Separately mix flour with soda. Pour into a container with kefir.
- Knead the elastic dough and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Form dumplings with blueberries from dough. Mix blueberries first with sugar and starch.
- Fill the pan with water and fix the gauze on it. Smell gauze with water and put dumplings on it. Cover with a lid and prepare the yard of seven minutes.
- Lubricate the finished dumplings with butter. Serve on the table with sour cream.
