First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of Russia, Alexander Lomakin, noted that Metrotramva in Krasnoyarsk is being built using Russian technologies, materials, equipment and new modern engineering solutions. Director Fedor Bondarchuk said that he personally visited some sites and the construction process of the Krasnoyarsk metro made him a strong impression.
