In February, railway loading in Khakassia increased by 3%

In February 2026, loading on the Russian Railways network in the Republic of Khakassia amounted to 2.1 million tons. This is 3% more than in February last year.

In the first two months of the year, 4.4 million tons of various cargo were loaded and sent in wagons on the railway in the Republic of Khakassia (-1.9% compared to January-February 2025), including:

  • hard coal – 3 million tons 939 thousand tons (-1.3%);
  • iron and manganese ore – 251 thousand tons (-2%);
  • non-ferrous metals – 135 thousand tons (-8.8%);
  • grain – 7.8 thousand tons (+18.4%);
  • non-ferrous ore and sulfur raw materials – 3.5 thousand tons (an increase of 12 times compared to January-February last year).

Let us remind you that the service area of ​​the Krasnoyarsk Railway includes the territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia, and partly the Kemerovo and Irkutsk regions.
