In Krasnoyarsk, the improvement of 22 yards ended, the city hall said.

Objects were included in the improvement program under the program “Forming a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. 130.9 million rubles from the budget and 15.6 million were sent to repairs from common house accounts.

The press service said that in two courtyards they limited themselves to the minimum volume of work by decision of the owner. 2 % of the cost of repairs were paid from common house accounts for these yards. Paths were paved there, driveways and sidewalks were repaired, benches and urns were installed.

In the remaining 20 yards, children's or sports grounds were also installed, additional paths were laid. For these territories, co -financing amounted to 20 %.

The work was controlled by the owners. They carried out reception. The guarantee of 3 years applies to all commissioned objects.

Recall that budget funds are allocated for the improvement of those courtyards whose residents are actively involved in their lives: they offer ideas, hold meetings, submit applications and pass competitive selection. So, the residents of the court on Gusarov Street, 75 took an active part in the public life of space, thanks to them the yard fell into the program. Now there is a sports and playgrounds with a rubber coating.

The program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” has been operating since 2017. During this time, 708 objects were landscaped.
