The court suspended the work of the water column in the village of Nizhny Ingash for 42 days. The decision was made after the verification of Rospotrebnadzor found violations of the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for drinking water, the United press service writes by the court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
As experts installed, water from a column on Central Street did not comply with the standards according to microbiological and organoleptic indicators. This posed a threat to people's life and health and could lead to infectious diseases and mass poisoning.
The administration of the village pleaded guilty in the absence of proper control over the quality of the water. The court took into account this mitigating circumstance when making a decision.
The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
