Career opportunities were opened to residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory thanks to the project of the Employment Service “Point of the support”

About thousands of support measures in the field of employment were received by residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as part of the interdepartmental project “Point Point”.

It started in 2025 at the initiative of the employment service. People who find themselves in a difficult life situation participate in it. With the help of personnel centers “Work of Russia”, they acquire qualities that are important for success in their careers, employed, adjust their behavior. As a result, they are removed from all types of preventive accounting.

84 families are involved in the project, most of the difficulties are difficult to do due to lifestyle. Around the participants, different services and organizations are united.

“Interior interaction gives more opportunities to help people. Together we create conditions for their self -realization, strengthening relations in the family. Given the request of citizens, we consistently finish our instruments. Thanks to comprehensive assistance, the project participants are recovering faster and go out of the risk group, ”Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency and employment, commented on the head of the labor and employment agency.

Among the key events of the project are professional training and retraining, psychological support, social adaptation in the labor market for employment. People help to resume their careers, start their job or change activities. They conduct trainings for the development of personal efficiency. Participants acquire an understanding of their professional and career values.

“We supervise the family in which a small child is brought up. Now parents are working, they have established a relationship. We went a serious way with them. In particular, a psychologist consultations took place for the mother to increase motivation for work. We taught it to compile a resume, passing the interview, how to effectively present our own competencies. They selected vacancies for her, taking into account education and work experience. We expect that the family will soon be removed from preventive accounting, ”said Lyubov Sugak, director of the work of the Russian work of Achinsk.

Special attention is paid to children from families participating in the project. A career guidance is carried out for them to form specific plans for the future. Also for adolescents, temporary employment is organized in their free time from study. For example, in the Shushensky municipal district, the mother was employed on a permanent basis for the poultry farm, and her child was employed in the labor detachment of high school students.

The project “Point of the support” corresponds to the goals of the federal project “Calling” of the Strategic Program “Children in the Family”, implemented on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 20.9 thousand citizens have been employed with the assistance of the employment service. During this period, 9.4 thousand employers placed 128.5 thousand job offers. Today, 41.2 thousand vacancies are available for applicants. Many are focused on manufacturing specialists, construction, rural and forestry.
