“After that, the stranger switched the conversation to another participant in the criminal scheme. The attacker persuaded the victim to establish an unfamiliar application, start communicating with the help of a conference, and also strictly forbidden to report a conversation to third parties, ”the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region said.

As a result, the scammers convinced the man to withdraw his money in the amount of 300 thousand rubles, after which to transfer through another ATM to an unidentified account.
