According to the Supreme Audit Office, the contract shows that the cultural institution almost financed and co -conducted by the stateY may become in a relatively short time in full private property.

Among the allegations, exceeding the rights, acting to the detriment of the public interest and causing the State Treasury of financial damage in great size – in the amount of over PLN 57 million.
Almost PLN 150 million for construction
In June 2018, the Minister of Culture concluded a contract with Lux Veritatis regarding the construction and co -host of the museum, despite the fact that the foundation not only had no experience in museum activities, but even the exhibits necessary to launch such an institution.
Until the end of the inspection, the ministry spent almost PLN 149 million on its construction in Toruń, which is more than twice as much as originally assumed, and in addition, and illegally, over PLN 57 million for the development of assumptions and the comprehensive implementation of the permanent exhibition, although the contract did not provide for such expenses.
