At the beginning of the new academic year, the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station changes the approach to the search for talents, launching a large -scale educational campaign. The company goes directly to universities and colleges to tell students about a career in modern energy.

The goal is to establish long -term ties between educational institutions and hydroelectric power stations, to introduce students of technical specialties with the possibilities of building a career on one of the country's key energy facilities and provide an influx of qualified personnel in the basic sector of the Russian economy.

On the information resources of universities, colleges and technical schools, materials dedicated to the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station will appear. Students will learn not only about vacancies and working conditions, but also about the modern equipment of the station, its production records, corporate culture and social guarantees. A special emphasis is on the success stories of young employees who have already realized themselves at the hydroelectric power station.

Students and teachers will be able to ask questions to representatives of the hydroelectric power station departments, receiving first -hand answers. The project includes the organization of production practice with the possibility of further employment. Information will be presented in modern and understandable formats for youth. The hydroelectric power station will also help schoolchildren in the Kezhem district in choosing specialized educational institutions.

During 2025, employees of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station have already held a series of meetings and negotiations with representatives of structures involved in the employment of graduates at universities and colleges of Krasnoyarsk, Kansk, Abakan, Irkutsk and other cities of Siberia. At the first stage, students studying specialties in demand in the energy sector were offered to familiarize themselves with information booklets describing the working conditions at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station.

More than twenty students of the Sayano-Shushensky branch of the Siberian Federal District, SibSU of Science and Technology named after M.F. Reshetneva, NIU “Moscow Energy Institute” and the Angara Polytechnic College.

Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station JSC conducts constant career guidance work with schoolchildren, conducting excursions for children and supporting the work of a specialized russian class in the city of Kodinsk. The station is actively interacting with organizations of secondary and higher professional education, training in specialized areas. Every year, for senior students, they organize and practice, the purpose of which is the comprehensive development of all types of professional activities, the formation of general and professional competencies, the acquisition of skills and experience in practical work in the specialty.
